Within the last several years CERTUS SOLUTIONS has been asked to provide Project Scoping, Estimating, Design, Review and Management Services. Services include but are not limited to: Strategic ISP’s, Application Development Project Management, Client Server/Desktop Systems Reviews and Recommendations, Migration Assessments, Project Management Office (PMO) Services. We have been engaged to manage entire projects sometimes comprised of Client and other vendor resources. We charge for these services on an hourly or monthly rate basis based on the needs of the Client.
